Greg Brown
Drums & Piano
Greg's musical fascination begun at the age of nine, taking piano lesson and later drum lessons. He holds a B.A.in Music performance from California State University of Dominguez Hills. His thirty years of teaching experience includes, Hamilton High School, The Inglewood School District and the William Grant Stills Performing art Center. Education has been a big factor in Greg's life. He firmly believes in giving back to the community and helping students succeed.
He enjoys teaching many musical styles such as, Jazz, Rock, Symphonic and Marching Band. This includes melodic percussion instruments as well, such as, bells, xylophone, marimba and timpani.
Greg has also worked with notable legends such as Whitney Houston, Grover Washington, Suzanne Somers. His seasoned experience gives students a direct path to their musical goals, while unlocking a musical door of empowerment.

James Gover
James is an instructor with over 20 years experience. He teaches guitar, bass,ukulele, mandolin, and music fundamentals. James has worked alongside and toured with many major artists in genre of Rock, Blues, Jazz, Heavy Metal, and other styles. James started his first musical band at the age of 12 in Culver City California. He started playing guitar at the age of 7 his Father a musician and his Mother a dancer he comes from a very well-rounded musical family. James is not only a musician and instructor he’s also an active luthier and makes custom guitars. In 1990 James started his career in television and music, he attended Santa Monica College where he studied classical and flamenco guitar. He also attended West Los Angeles College where he studied music, music appreciation and the history of world music.

Carlos Martinez Zepeda
Piano & Guitar
Carlos is a music composer and piano/guitar instructor who began learning lead guitar at age 12 and piano at 20. He attended Antelope Valley College where he performed on piano in their 85th anniversary’s private concert in 2014 and went on to graduate with honors in 2018. Carlos later attended and graduated from Cal State Long Beach where he wrote music for their New Music Ensemble twice in 2021 and two senior animation films. Raised in a non-musical family, he recognizes the value of music and aims to enthuse keen appreciation from his students.

Riley Del Riego
Bass & Ukulele
Riley teaches all style, but specializes in Progressive Metal, Metal, Funk, and Post Hardcore Rock. He also teaches beginning ukulele. Check out his band “Distant Atmosphere” to hear some of his work.

Ellie Woodard
Voice & Piano
Ellie Woodard is a soprano and music instructor who teaches voice and piano. She began her musical training in Jacksonville, FL, and continued her studies through the nationally recognized Applied Music program at El Camino College. Ellie has performed in operas including Mozart’s The Magic Flute, Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Mikado, and Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore, as well as major choral works such as Mozart’s Coronation Mass and Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis. She has performed with ensembles including the New England Symphonic Ensemble, the Palisades Symphony, and Angels Lyric Opera, at venues from Marsee Auditorium to Walt Disney Concert Hall and Carnegie Hall.
As a teacher, Ellie emphasizes healthy technique, musical independence, and musicianship. She works with students of all levels, helping them grow as both singers and well-rounded musicians.

David Contreras
Voice
David has many formal years of arts education in opera, musical theater, recording arts, and vocal performance. His performance experience started in small community theater, the Mariachi Academy of Carson, and the Los Angeles Children's Chorus. He attended the Los Angeles County High School of the Arts, which gave him many opportunities to perform in annual school operas, galas, the PBS Holiday Special at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the 62nd annual Grammy Awards, and with various recording artists such as flamenco singer “Rosalia”.
